Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• All lessons must be paid in full upfront to secure your booking

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received

• Payments are processed via Monzo Pay (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson

• Cancellations made within this time are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, are non-refundable

• If you are unable to attend due to illness, a free reschedule may be offered with a valid doctor’s note

• If I need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you will receive a full refund

Lateness

• Lessons will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late

• Please arrive on time to get the most out of your session

Lesson Details

• Lesson lengths may vary depending on what you’ve booked

• In-person lessons take place in a studio environment

• Online lessons are delivered via Google Meet

• All equipment is provided for in-person lessons

Age Policy

• Lessons are available for students aged 7 and above

Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully during lessons

• I reserve the right to end a lesson if behaviour is inappropriate

Equipment Responsibility

• You may be held responsible for any damage caused to equipment during your lesson

Learning & Progress

• I provide guidance, structure, and support - however, results are not guaranteed

• Progress depends on your own practice and effort outside of lessons

Health & Safety

• Students participate at their own risk

• A safe learning environment is always provided, but I am not liable for injury except where required by law

Online Lessons

• I am not responsible for technical issues on your end (e.g. internet, hardware)

• I will do my best to resolve any issues where possible

• These terms may be updated at any time
