Terms & Conditions

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson
Cancellations made within this time are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend due to illness, a free reschedule may be offered with a valid doctor’s note
If I need to cancel a lesson for any reason, you will receive a full refund

Lesson lengths refer to the overall allocated session time rather than uninterrupted hands-on tuition time
Sessions may end up to 5 minutes early to allow for student changeovers, wrap-up, and studio access management
In-person lessons take place in a studio environment
Online lessons (if currently on offer) are delivered via Google Meet
All equipment is provided for in-person lessons

You may be held responsible for any damage caused to equipment during your lesson

I provide guidance, structure, and support - however, results are not guaranteed
Progress depends on your own practice and effort outside of lessons

Students participate at their own risk
A safe learning environment is always provided, but I am not liable for injury except where required by law

All such sessions take place at KSL
The Beginner's Course includes two (2) CDJ practice sessions at no additional cost
Students booking individual lessons may also book CDJ practice sessions for an additional fee of £20 per hour, subject to availability
CDJ practice sessions are otherwise available only in conjunction with single-session bookings
Students are responsible for complying with all terms, conditions, policies and rules applicable to the use of KSL's facilities. Any breach of KSL's rules or policies is the sole responsibility of the student. DJ Tuition accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, costs, penalties or removal from the premises resulting from a student's failure to comply with KSL's terms and conditions.
